I, the undersigned, hereby revoke the permission previously granted to Fetch & Dive to use my photographs, videos, and/or written reviews related to the company’s products and services. 

Effective immediately, I request that Fetch & Dive cease any further use of my submitted content in promotional, marketing, or advertising materials, including but not limited to the company’s website, social media, printed materials, and other digital or physical platforms. 

I understand that while Fetch & Dive will make reasonable efforts to remove my content from future usage, the company is not obligated to retroactively remove materials that have already been published. 

This revocation does not impact any prior agreements, discounts, or transactions made before the date of signing.
